Our Client
EzFill is a Miami-based mobile fueling company that delivers on-demand fuel services directly to consumers and businesses—no gas station trips required. The company also provides commercial and specialty clients with at-site fueling during downtimes, ensuring fleets are ready to operate. EzFill’s clients include Amazon, UPS, and FedEx. Incorporated in 2019, the company now trades as EzFill Holdings Inc (EZFL).
The Goal
EzFill engaged Kentech-U to develop the core technology needed to scale and prepare for public trading. The key objectives were to:
• Build trust by integrating deeply with the business operations
• Transform manual, paper-based processes into efficient, automated workflows
• Create a technology platform to drive growth and scalability
Before our involvement, scheduling and booking were entirely manual, with account managers juggling operations on pen and paper. Our mission was to digitize and automate these processes through a consumer-facing mobile app, enterprise web tools, and back-office solutions.
Our Plan & Process
We partnered closely with EzFill’s founders and investors to align technology strategy with business goals. Key steps included:
• Establishing IT operations, documentation, and internal team structure
• Assessing legacy systems and integrating them into a modern technology stack
• Building consumer and enterprise mobile apps on iOS and Android for booking, scheduling, location-based services, and price comparisons
• Launching an admin web application to streamline back-office operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
