Our Client
Founded in 1994, Dynamic Resources (DRI Global) is a trusted provider of retail services for many of the world’s leading brands. They specialize in site surveys and the installation of store fixtures, graphics, and visual merchandising initiatives across global markets.
The Goal
Since 2011, Kentech-U has supported Dynamic Resources with web development across both U.S. and European operations. When the need arose to expand their digital capabilities, the goal was to build three new applications—iReact 2.0, PM4 (iReact 1.0), and PMEU—to form a unified, proprietary retail management suite.
The platform was designed to help new retail locations accurately measure, estimate, and plan store requirements, enabling faster execution, improved accuracy, and more efficient workflows across teams.
Our Plan & Process
We began by gaining a deep understanding of DRI’s existing workflows and identifying gaps in the current system. This included multiple rounds of stakeholder interviews, a company-wide survey, and in-depth competitor analysis to establish a strong foundation for design and development.
From an architectural standpoint, we implemented a service-oriented approach, starting with API and database design. The platform was built using Laravel and AngularJS, with Bootstrap as the foundation for the front-end experience, extended with custom data visualizations tailored to DRI’s operational needs.
The Results
Today, Dynamic Resources completes more than 8,500 projects annually for retailers, wholesale brands, fixture manufacturers, and graphic suppliers worldwide. The platform was designed to evolve alongside the business, and Kentech-U continues to refine and enhance the system to support ongoing growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
